Rural Reality
CBS television never produced the "Real Beverly Hillbillies." They did not explain why or say that it would not be produced. They just stopped talking about it.

We count that as a victory for rural America.

Labor Weighs In

The United Mine Workers of America was the first of many labor unions to lend their support to the Rural Reality Campaign to stop CBS Television's plan to produce the Real Beverly Hillbillies.
