CRA Coalition

On September 9, 2004 a broad-based coalition of consumer, civil rights, rural, and housing organizations held a press conference to voice opposition to the plans to gut the Community Reinvestment Act.

The group of organizations sent letters to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Federal Reserve Board.
